A seasoned real estate professional with more than 14 years of industry experience, Imam Tabassum has built her career in sales leadership, business development, customer relationship management, and strategic growth within Bangladesh’s property industry.
Before joining Nex Real Estate, she served as Deputy General Manager (Sales & Marketing) at Bhaiya Hotels and Resorts Ltd., where she played a key role in developing sales strategies, strengthening brand positioning, and expanding the company’s market presence. She has also been actively involved in launching and promoting several real estate and hospitality projects.
Throughout her career, Imam Tabassum has earned recognition for her expertise in team building, customer engagement, strategic planning, business analytics, and sales leadership. In 2025, she completed the “From Seller to Sales Leader Bootcamp”, a professional leadership development program designed to strengthen executive and sales management capabilities.
Announcing her new role, Imam Tabassum described the appointment as an important milestone in her professional journey.
