Farhad Sarwar Begins New Leadership Journey as Chief Relationship Officer at CPDL

Dhaka, July 23, 2026: CPDL Family, one of Bangladesh’s leading real estate developers, has appointed Farhad Sarwar as its Chief Relationship Officer (CRO), reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and customer relationship management.

A seasoned corporate professional, Sarwar brings more than three decades of experience spanning banking, audit, operations, and relationship management across both local and international organizations. His appointment is expected to further enhance CPDL’s strategic growth initiatives and deepen its engagement with clients, financial institutions, and business partners.

Prior to joining CPDL, Sarwar held senior leadership positions at HSBC, Eastern Bank PLC, Simanto Bank PLC, and Zaroq Trading Constructions & Services W.L.L. in Doha, Qatar. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in strategic leadership, corporate relationship management, business development, and operational excellence.

In his new role, Sarwar will oversee CPDL’s relationship management strategy, focusing on strengthening collaboration with key stakeholders, enhancing customer experience, and supporting the company’s long-term business objectives.

Commenting on the appointment, CPDL said the addition of Sarwar to its leadership team reflects the organization’s continued investment in experienced professionals capable of driving sustainable growth and creating long-term value for customers and partners.

The appointment comes as CPDL continues to expand its presence in Bangladesh’s competitive real estate sector through new residential projects, strategic alliances, and customer-centric financing initiatives. The company recently partnered with Bank Asia PLC to offer home loan facilities for prospective apartment buyers, further strengthening its integrated real estate solutions.

With his extensive leadership experience and strong background in financial services and corporate management, Sarwar is expected to play a significant role in advancing CPDL’s relationship management framework and supporting the company’s next phase of growth.
