Dhaka: United Aygaz LPG Limited recently organised its Business Excellence Summit 2026, bringing together employees and members of the company’s wider team to reflect on its journey, celebrate achievements and strengthen collaboration for the future.
Held at Sarah Resort, the day-long programme provided a platform for employees to come together beyond their regular workplace, with discussions and activities focused on organisational growth, teamwork and future priorities. The event carried the theme “Positive Steps, Greater Heights.”
The summit featured reflections on United Aygaz LPG’s journey, highlighting key milestones, challenges overcome and the collective efforts that have contributed to the company’s growth.
Harun Ortaç, Chief Executive Officer of United Aygaz LPG, delivered an inspiring speech at the event, reflecting on the company’s journey and emphasising the importance of people and teamwork in achieving sustainable growth.
Rayeesa Jameel, Director – Business & Strategy, also shared insights into the organisation’s progress and highlighted how far the company has advanced through its collective efforts.
The programme also included an engaging team-building session led by Ghulam Sumdany Don, creating opportunities for employees to strengthen relationships, improve collaboration and share memorable experiences outside the conventional workplace setting.
