Subrata Ranjan Das Appointed as Deputy Managing Director of ACI Motors

Subrata Ranjan Das has been appointed as the new Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of ACI Motors Ltd., one of the largest business divisions under ACI Limited, one of Bangladesh’s leading industrial conglomerates.

Mr. Das began his professional career in 1997 at BRAC and joined ACI Crop Care in 1999. In 2007, he started working at ACI Motors as a Marketing Officer.

Over the years, his leadership and dedication have played a vital role in transforming ACI Motors into the largest business wing of ACI Limited, representing globally renowned brands such as Yamaha Motorcycles, Sonalika Tractors, Foton, and Yanmar.

Under his guidance, ACI Motors also secured significant international investments, including a $23 million investment from FMO and Mitsui (Japan) — marking a major milestone in the company’s growth journey.

With more than 26 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Das has held several key roles within ACI and continues to contribute to the company’s vision of innovation and expansion.
