Dhaka, 29 August 2026: upay and CliniCall Limited have signed a strategic agreement to expand access to digital healthcare and reach 1 Million people by 2027, particularly those who currently have limited or no access to quality healthcare.
Through this partnership, CliniCall will leverage the upay ecosystem to make essential healthcare services more accessible, affordable and convenient for underserved communities across Bangladesh.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Shyamal B. Das, Managing Director & CEO, Upay, and Mr. Parvez Ahmad, Co-Founder & COO, CliniCall Limited.
The signing ceremony was attended by Md. Mahbub Sobhan, Chief Business Officer; Sajjad Alam, Head of Corporate Sales;. From CliniCall, Saba Shams, Head of Technology, and Saad M. Milkan, Head of Business, were present.
The partnership marks a significant step towards combining digital financial inclusion with healthcare inclusion and bringing healthcare closer to people who need it most.
