The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has once again extended the deadline for individual taxpayers to submit their income tax returns.
According to a special order issued today, taxpayers will now be able to file returns for the 2025–26 tax year until January 31. The previous deadline had been set for December 30 following an earlier extension.
The tax authority said the decision to extend the deadline was taken in the public interest, allowing taxpayers additional time to complete and submit their returns.
