Mohammed S. Rahim has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Sheltech Group, taking on a strategic leadership role across several of the group’s major business concerns, including Sheltech Ceramics Ltd., Sheltech Engineering Limited, and Spain Bangla Agro Industries Ltd..
In his new role, Rahim will oversee the group’s overall human resources strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational culture, workforce planning, and leadership transformation across its diversified operations.
