Dhaka, 8 July 2026: Ananta Terraces has appointed Md. Alinur Rahman as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), bringing on board a seasoned real estate professional with more than three decades of experience in property development, investment, engineering, operations, and business leadership.
The company said the appointment marks a significant step as it prepares to accelerate the development of Ananta Terraces, which is being positioned as Bangladesh’s first LEED Platinum-registered luxury residential project.
Md. Alinur Rahman has built an extensive career across Bangladesh’s real estate and construction industry, holding senior leadership positions at several leading organisations. Prior to joining Ananta Terraces, he served as Chief Executive Officer of AKIJ Landmark Limited. Earlier in his career, he also held key executive roles at Rupayan Housing Estate Ltd., Building Technology & Ideas (bti), Bproperty, BRAC Bank, and Sheltech, gaining expertise in real estate development, sales, customer experience, engineering, and operational management.
According to the company, Rahman will lead the next phase of Ananta Terraces’ growth, focusing on delivering a world-class residential development that combines luxury living with sustainability and international green building standards.
The project is expected to set a new benchmark for premium residential communities in Bangladesh by integrating environmentally responsible design, modern amenities, and global construction practices.
