Shah Kamal stands out as one of the key pioneers shaping the recent wave of innovation in Bangladesh’s fintech, finance, and investment sectors. Hailing from Katachara in Chattogram, this young finance expert now works on international investment frameworks, digital financing, fintech solutions, and corporate strategy. His work has extended beyond Bangladesh, reaching the tables of foreign investors and international development organizations.

After graduating in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, in 2007, he entered the investment banking and structured finance sectors. Over an 18-year career, he has collaborated with financial institutions across the United States, Europe, Singapore, and the Middle East. His expertise in fund mobilization, financial instruments, AI-driven fintech solutions, and innovative financing models has established him as one of the most influential professionals of his generation.

During his tenure as Bangladesh representative at the globally renowned investment banking firm Delphos USA, he was involved in multiple international projects. Through this firm, which manages investment portfolios exceeding $20 billion, he has played a crucial role in attracting foreign funding for digital infrastructure, ICT, and development projects in Bangladesh. His experience in global due diligence, structuring, and development financing has earned him a distinct reputation in the investment sector.

Beyond finance, Shah Kamal contributes to research and policy development. His analyses have been recognized in World Bank studies such as Digital Development and Skills Gap Analysis for Bangladesh and in the Asian Development Bank’s Access to Digital Tools for Good Governance. His perspectives on digital skills, good governance, and economic transformation are both unique and pragmatic.

Currently, he is the founder and CEO of Fleek Bangladesh and Wise Corporation. He also serves as Managing Director of ProMax Bangladesh Ltd. and Duncan Bangladesh Ltd., leading innovations in ERP software, SaaS platforms, AI/ML solutions, and fintech tools. Under his leadership, these companies are redefining corporate automation and digital service standards in the country.

Amidst his professional commitments, he has remained an active writer in recent years. As publisher of Sudokkho, a development-focused magazine, he regularly writes on economics, policy analysis, human resource development, and technology. His analytical pieces also attract attention in national dailies.

Outside his professional achievements, Shah Kamal is known for his integrity, hard work, and mentorship of young professionals. He believes, “The key to Bangladesh’s development lies in the synergy of education, technology, and finance — these three together will shape the future.”

Combining international experience, strategic vision, and modern leadership, Shah Kamal has become a trusted name in Bangladesh’s finance and fintech sectors. Experts believe that professionals like him will strengthen the foundation of a technology-driven economy in Bangladesh — a vision that continues to inspire many.
