Xiaomi Bangladesh on Monday officially launched its new smart living home appliance series in Bangladesh, marking a major milestone in the company’s transformation from a smartphone-centric brand into a comprehensive lifestyle ecosystem provider.
The announcement came during a launch event held at Sheraton Dhaka under the theme “Xiaomi Smart Living for Everyone.”
Through this expansion, Xiaomi Bangladesh aims to strengthen its footprint in the country’s rapidly growing smart home and Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) market. The company introduced a range of smart appliances designed to deliver a more connected and convenient lifestyle for consumers.
Speaking at the event, Ziauddin Chowdhury said that modern consumers are increasingly looking for integrated technology solutions instead of standalone devices.
He noted that Xiaomi’s “Human × Home × Car” ecosystem strategy is focused on creating seamless interoperability among devices, enabling users to control multiple smart products through a single application. According to him, the initiative reflects Xiaomi’s long-term vision of building an intelligent ecosystem that combines smartphones, home appliances, and mobility solutions into one connected experience.
Industry insiders believe the launch could further accelerate the adoption of smart home technologies in Bangladesh, as demand for connected devices continues to rise among urban consumers.
