Dhaka, 30 June 2026: Rahimafrooz has unveiled its new Full Hybrid Solar IPS, a solution designed to help households reduce electricity costs and make greater use of renewable energy.
The product was officially launched at a ceremony held at Le Méridien Dhaka, attended by senior officials of the Rahimafrooz Group and dealers from across the country.
Among those present at the event were Rahimafrooz Group Managing Director Niaz Rahim, Group Business CEO Munawar Misbah Moin, Chief Operating Officer Mokhlesur Rahman, and Nawaz Abdur Rahim, Head of Sales, Marketing and Service at Rahimafrooz Distribution Limited.
According to the company, the new Full Hybrid Solar IPS is capable of reducing daytime electricity bills by up to 100 percent, depending on the capacity of the installed solar panels. The system has been designed to offer greater flexibility and efficiency for residential users seeking alternative energy solutions.
One of the key features of the IPS is its ability to operate with or without a battery. The system supports both lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries, allowing users to choose the configuration that best suits their needs and budget.
Rahimafrooz said the smart energy solution can also distribute excess solar-generated electricity to other household appliances, enabling consumers to maximize the use of solar power and reduce dependence on conventional grid electricity.
The company believes the launch reflects the growing demand for sustainable and cost-effective energy solutions in Bangladesh as consumers increasingly seek ways to manage rising electricity costs while adopting cleaner sources of power.
With the introduction of the Full Hybrid Solar IPS, Rahimafrooz aims to strengthen its position in the country’s renewable energy market and support the broader transition toward sustainable energy usage.
