Dhaka, 08 July 2026: MILVIK Bangladesh has entered into a strategic partnership with AB Bank PLC to provide affordable health and life protection solutions to the bank’s customers, aiming to improve access to healthcare and financial security through integrated digital services.
Under the collaboration, eligible AB Bank customers will be able to subscribe to MILVIK’s health and wellness plans, which combine medical support and insurance benefits into a single, accessible package.
The partnership is designed to extend value beyond traditional banking by incorporating essential healthcare services into customers’ everyday financial lives. Through the subscription-based plans, customers will have access to 24/7 telemedicine consultations with qualified doctors, along with a range of healthcare and financial protection benefits.
Depending on the selected package, subscribers may receive cashless or cashback support for medicines, diagnostic tests, and doctor consultations. The plans also include hospitalization coverage, life insurance benefits, and financial assistance to help manage unexpected medical expenses.
Customers will additionally be able to enjoy discounts at more than 500 partner hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic centres, and healthcare providers located across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Selected plans will also allow customers to extend coverage to eligible family members under a single subscription.
According to MILVIK Bangladesh, the initiative reflects the company’s mission to make quality healthcare more affordable, accessible, and convenient through partnerships with leading financial institutions.
The collaboration also supports AB Bank’s efforts to enhance customer value by expanding its portfolio of non-banking services and offering solutions that address the evolving healthcare and financial needs of its clients.
Representatives from both organizations expressed confidence that the partnership will contribute to improving healthcare accessibility while strengthening financial resilience for individuals and families across Bangladesh.
By combining digital healthcare services with banking, the two organizations aim to promote greater financial inclusion and expand access to affordable health protection solutions nationwide.
