In his new role, Saniyat Rahman will oversee enterprise business growth, distribution strategy, relationship management and partnership development, supporting the company’s focus on sustainable expansion and innovation.
He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across Bangladesh and Canada, with expertise spanning enterprise business development, distribution channels, customer relationship management and strategic growth.
Before joining Guardian Life Insurance Limited, he built a career across business leadership and enterprise-focused roles, with experience in driving commercial growth, managing large-scale partnerships and strengthening business networks, according to company information. His appointment comes as Guardian Life continues to expand its presence in areas including bancassurance, microinsurance and digital innovation.
