Grameen HealthTech Limited has signed a strategic agreement with Belt and Road Healthcare Centre to enhance access to international healthcare services for Bangladeshi patients seeking treatment in China.
The partnership aims to bridge the gap between patients in Bangladesh and verified healthcare providers in China by integrating medical expertise with technology. Through this collaboration, patients will be able to access trusted medical services beyond borders with greater ease and confidence.
Under the agreement, the two organizations will offer end-to-end medical support, including initial consultation, treatment planning, travel arrangements, and post-treatment follow-up care. The initiative is designed to create a seamless and patient-centric healthcare journey, reducing the complexities often associated with overseas medical treatment.
Officials from both sides highlighted that the collaboration will contribute to building a more connected healthcare ecosystem, where patients can benefit from international standards of care without facing traditional logistical and informational barriers.
The agreement marks a significant step in the growing trend of cross-border healthcare solutions, leveraging digital platforms and strategic partnerships to improve patient outcomes and accessibility.
