FBHRO to Host the 7th National HR Convention 2025 in Dhaka

The Federation of Bangladesh Human Resource Organizations (FBHRO) is set to organize the 7th National HR Convention 2025, a landmark event in Bangladesh’s human resource development landscape. The convention will take place on December 5, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM at the Sheraton Dhaka Hotel.

Theme: “AI and Human Resources – Driving Business Agility and Innovation”

In an era where Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming business operations, leadership, and human resource management, this year’s theme emphasizes how AI is reshaping the HR ecosystem. The discussions will focus on how AI can enhance human potential, drive innovation, and prepare organizations to adapt to future business challenges.

World-Renowned Speakers and Experts

The convention will host over 1,000 HR professionals, business leaders, and international experts from home and abroad.
Keynote speakers include:

  • Johnny C. Taylor Jr., President & CEO, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), USA
  • Dr. Ed Hansen, Founder & CEO, Executive Leadership System, USA
