Dhaka, 16 September 2026: NCC Bank PLC has promoted over 400 employees to their next roles as part of its Promotion Program 2026, held on September 5 at the Grand Ballroom of Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden Hotel.
The ceremony was inaugurated by M. Shamsul Arefin, Managing Director of NCC Bank, who attended as the Chief Guest.
Senior management members, including M. Khurshed Alam, Additional Managing Director; Mohammed Mizanur Rahman FCA, Deputy Managing Director & CFO; Md. Habibur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director; and Rishad Hossain, Head of Human Resources, were present at the event alongside the promoted employees.
The programme recognised the professional advancement and achievements of more than 400 employees who moved into their next roles at the bank.
NCC Bank said its employees remain a key part of its organisational strength and congratulated all the promotees on their career progression.
