Dhaka, 13 July 2026: City Bank PLC has entered into a strategic partnership with Anwar Landmark Limited to make home financing more accessible and affordable for prospective homebuyers in Bangladesh.
The agreement aims to provide customers with convenient and competitive home loan solutions, enabling them to finance residential properties developed by Anwar Landmark, one of the country’s leading real estate companies.
The partnership was formalised through a signing ceremony attended by Md. Arup Haider, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Retail Banking at City Bank PLC, and Mohammed Fasiul Mowla, Chief Executive Officer of Anwar Landmark Limited. Senior officials from both organisations were also present at the event.
Under the agreement, customers will be able to access attractive home financing options designed to simplify the property purchasing process while benefiting from competitive financing terms.
Officials from both organisations expressed confidence that the collaboration will strengthen access to homeownership by combining City Bank’s retail banking expertise with Anwar Landmark’s extensive experience in the real estate sector.
