Krishibid Properties Limited (KPL) has organized a ‘Krishibid Sea Palace: Business Networking and View Exchange Session’ to strengthen engagement with shareholders of Krishibid Sea Palace, facilitate meaningful exchanges and build long-term relationships.
The event was held on Saturday (September 12) at Gulshan Club, Dhaka, with shareholders of Krishibid Sea Palace and other invited guests in attendance.
The session included the distribution of Krishibid Sea Palace Privilege Cards among shareholders, along with discussions on the project’s vision, future plans and various aspects of shareholder engagement.
A dedicated networking and view exchange session was also organized to strengthen communication and foster business relationships among shareholders and participating stakeholders.
Speaking to shareholders at the event, Dr. Ali Afzal, Chairman of KPL and President of the Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB), emphasized the importance of shareholder confidence and engagement in the long-term development of a project.
“Shareholders’ trust, engagement and mutual relationships are extremely important for the long-term progress of a project. Krishibid Sea Palace is being developed with a long-term vision to establish it as an important hospitality project in Kuakata,” he said.
He further noted that Kuakata’s potential as a tourism destination is gaining increasing importance. “Keeping this potential in mind, the implementation of Krishibid Sea Palace is being carried forward with a strong focus on professionalism, quality and long-term planning,” he added.
One of the key highlights of the event was the distribution of Krishibid Sea Palace Privilege Cards among shareholders. The initiative aims to make the relationship between the company and its shareholders more meaningful while creating access to various benefits for them.
During the view exchange session, shareholders shared their opinions, expectations and observations regarding the project. Discussions also covered the project’s progress, future plans and potential developments in hospitality services.
